TYPICAL DAILY MENU:
Breakfast served between 8 AM - 9:30 AM
The menu is posted in the dining room every evening for the following day.
HOT ENTREE SPECIAL OF THE DAY: Ever changing variety which includes egg dishes, omelets, stratas,
breakfast strudels, specialty french toast, crepes, specialty fruit pancakes, Swedish pancakes, Belgian Waffles, buttermilk waffles with
fruit & whipped cream topping, and much more.
PASTRY SELECTIONS (2 or more daily): Selections include homemade cinnamon rolls, Danish, coffeecake, puff pastry fruit turnovers, tarts, quick breads, scones, muffins, Dutch almond rolls, black bottom cupcakes, and other delicious homebaked items.
FRUIT AND MELON PLATTER or fruit salad: Featuring local produce whenever possible.
CEREALS AND DAIRY: Homemade fruit and nut granola, a variety of packaged cold cereals, and hot cereal packets.
A selection of yogurt is also provided.
OTHER ENTREES AVAILABLE (upon request): Buttermilk waffles, French toast, buttermilk or blueberry pancakes, farm fresh brown eggs, toast or English muffins.
BEVERAGES: Coffee - freshly brewed, Poolside Paradise's original specialty coffees, tea - regular and herbal, cocoa, fruit juice, and milk.
Your hostess, Luan, has attended classes taught by the late radio personality and renown chef and restauranteur, Sheila Busse.
Luan has also taught cooking and craft classes for over 5 years. Luan also holds a Province of British Columbia Food Safe
Certification.
