RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
$50 per night-per room. Balance payable on arrival.
We strongly recommend reservations but do take "drop in" clients when space is available.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Notice of more than 3 days: Deposit refunded except $10 administration fee.
Notice of 3 days or less: Forfeit original reservation deposit
Day of reservation cancellation: Full room rate charged (management's discretion)
"NO SHOW": Full room rate charged.
There will be a $10 administration fee on ALL cancellations.
