Peanut Butter Squares
|
3 3/4 Cups OR 1# box white powdered sugar (also called icing or confection sugar
1 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup margarine MELTED
Mix above ingredients well and pat into a 9 x 13 pan.
Melt 1 to 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips.
Spread melted chips on the top of first layer like frosting.
No need to refrigerate.
Cut into squares when chocolate hardens.
